It's been a while since I've posted about my training and racing.
11th March, 2019
I've actually been training hard in my new kicks from The Athletes Foot leading up to one of my biggest races of my career. Which will be my first international race. Flights are booked, passport arrived.
I will be going in just over a weeks time to compete in the Hawaii Powerman Duathlon World Champs. Keen for some sight seeing and to be part of the Hawaiian culture for 6 days.

Hawaii Powerman Duathlon complete✔
Managed to fight till the end today, crossing the line 5th overall. It was a tough course with some unforgiving terrain on both the run and bike. Acheived my goal in completing my first Powerman.
It was an amazing location to race in and I am looking forward to what the future holds.
Thanks to Kenny and his Powerman North America team for organising an awesome event.
Just a quick thank you to my fantastic sponsors: The Athletes Foot Springfield The Athletes Foot Mt. Ommaney Brisbanefootclinic
In providing my footwear and assisting me in my running biomechanics to enable me to have my best performance in my race today.
Stay tuned for a new and up coming blog on my race report.
